Each co-living unit has 6 bedroom+bathroom combo spaces for individual user with a common living, kitchen, & dining space. The building design concept is inspired by the site located between a commercial corridor and residential zoning. The gable roof from the image of the house and flat concrete podium massing representing a commercial building are combined vertically and represent this specific site location and provides a unique signal to the community as a landmark building.
